Alcance Investments LLC is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Our office is at Westside Towers, 4th Floor, Lower Kabete Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. This notice is prepared in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
Data we collect
Our registration form collects your full name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, country of residence, planned investment amount in USD, optional referral source, optional message, and your consent with the date and time it was recorded. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to contact prospective clients, respond to questions and support onboarding. Our legal basis for this form’s personal-data processing is your consent. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before it.
Sharing and security
We do not sell your personal data. Registration information is stored in Lovable Cloud with access controls that prevent public reading, alteration or deletion. Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers supporting secure storage and, when enabled, registration notifications. Where processing takes place outside Kenya, applicable data-protection safeguards are required.
Retention
We keep registration information only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and complete or conclude onboarding, or as required by applicable law. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. If you become a client, any further retention requirements will be explained during onboarding.
Your rights and contact
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing alcanceinvestmentsllc@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also raise a concern with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
